Cancellation Policy

By subscribing to IRONBORN™ products, you accept and are bound by this Subscription Policy. Please read it carefully before placing your subscription order. For information about returns and refunds on individual shipments, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


How Subscriptions Work

IRONBORN™ subscriptions deliver your Dopamine Patches on a recurring basis at the frequency you choose at checkout, so you never run out. Your payment method is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle, and your order is processed and shipped automatically.

From your account dashboard, you can:

  • Adjust your delivery frequency
  • Update your shipping address
  • Skip a cycle (after the commitment period)
  • Manage or cancel your subscription

Minimum Commitment — Two Billing Cycles

Important: By subscribing, you commit to a minimum of two (2) billing cycles. This means your subscription cannot be canceled until two full billing cycles have been completed and the corresponding payments have been processed.

This commitment exists because subscription pricing includes a significant discount. This discount is made possible by the predictability that a minimum commitment provides. Without it, we simply could not offer these prices.

By completing your subscription purchase, you agree to remain subscribed for at least two full billing cycles and to pay the corresponding charges.

Cancellation requests made before the end of the second billing cycle will take effect at the end of that second cycle. You will continue to receive your scheduled shipments and be charged normally until then.

No refunds will be issued for charges incurred during the Minimum Commitment Period, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction or as covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee below.

Frequency adjustments do not reset or extend the commitment period.


Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident in the science behind IRONBORN™ Dopamine Patches. Results take time, and we want to make sure you give the product a real chance before deciding. If you follow the recommended usage and do not see improvement, we want to make it right.

If you are not satisfied with your first subscription order, you may request a full refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee.

To qualify:

  • You must have used the product as directed (one patch daily on clean, dry skin) for at least 30 consecutive days.
  • Your claim must be submitted within 60 days of your delivery date.
  • You must be able to demonstrate that the product has been used consistently (e.g., the packaging should show use consistent with 30 days of daily application).

The Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your first subscription order only. One claim per customer, per product. One-time purchases are not eligible.

In case of allergic reaction or skin irritation: If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us. To process an allergy-related refund, we require before-and-after photos clearly showing the reaction. Allergy claims are not subject to the 30-day usage requirement.

To claim: Contact us at contact.ironborn@gmail.com with your order number and the relevant details. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2 to 3 business days.

Important: A Satisfaction Guarantee refund covers the product from your first shipment. It does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you wish to cancel, you must do so separately through your account dashboard, subject to the Minimum Commitment terms above. If your guarantee claim is approved during the commitment period, IRONBORN™ may, at its sole discretion, waive the remaining commitment obligation.


Cancellation & Pause

After your commitment period: Cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at contact.ironborn@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will apply, and you will receive any shipment already paid for.

Pause option: Need a break? You can pause your subscription from your dashboard. Pausing does not reset or extend the Minimum Commitment Period. If you pause before your commitment is complete, remaining cycles will resume when you reactivate.

If you do not cancel or pause before your next billing date, your subscription will automatically renew.


Billing & Failed Payments

Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry the charge over the following days. If we are unable to collect payment after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to suspend your subscription until the outstanding balance is resolved.

A payment failure or decline during the Minimum Commitment Period does not release you from your two-cycle obligation. Outstanding charges remain due. Deliberately reversing or disputing a committed charge does not constitute a valid cancellation. In the event of a chargeback on a committed billing cycle, IRONBORN™ reserves the right to contest the dispute and provide evidence of the subscription agreement you accepted at checkout.


Payment Security

IRONBORN™ operates on the Shopify platform. All payment processing is handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure and its certified third-party applications.

IRONBORN™ does not store, access, or have any visibility into your payment card details or personal financial data. We do not hold this information on our own servers or systems at any point.


Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Changes apply to subscriptions created after the new effective date and do not retroactively alter the terms of existing active subscriptions.


Acceptance

By completing a subscription purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Subscription Policy, including the Minimum Commitment of two (2) billing cycles. These terms are clearly displayed during the checkout process, and your purchase constitutes your acceptance.
